Right of Withdrawal

Under Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt at sofia.meneghetti@pec.it with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive return instructions within 48 working hours.
3. Pack the product in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
4. Ship the package to the address we will provide. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
5. Upon receipt and inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, in original condition
• Labels and tags must be intact and not removed
• The product must be in the original packaging
• Returns of products damaged due to misuse are not accepted

Defective Products

In case of a defective or non-conforming product, contact sofia.meneghetti@pec.it immediately with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, with shipping costs at our expense.
